Features
Recycled plastic recycling is the process of cutting used new materials or discarded plastics into granules by using a screw machine. The plastic recycling process mainly produces plastic cleaning, separation and wet crushing processes. The concentration of pollutants in wastewater is closely related to the properties of waste plastics used in its production. In view of the high requirements for the content of suspended solids (SS) in water during the cleaning and crushing processes, the treatment process with VMC Lamela sedimentation + flotation system as the main body can be used to remove most of the suspended solids in the wastewater, and then the wastewater can be reused in the production process to achieve the purpose of reducing wastewater discharge.
